Someone who is creative in identifying the best answer for each problem and query and conveys that solution to the consumer in a concise and competent manner. You demonstrate interest and a desire to tackle any issue by applying your solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are an excellent communicator and listener who understands when to make pointed comments and when to let the other person speak. You have the knowledge necessary to make the best decision when combined with your technological insight. You have a strong ability to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures and great skill when it comes to prioritizing based on urgency.
