We are looking for an experienced candidate to come on as a Technical Support Executive and to be with us in the long run, helping grow our company from a start-up to the world's leading Hospitality software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects on the development side. Ensuring that Integrations processes are seamlessly conducted and implemented while following the customer success timeline and working closely with the Head of IT of the respective property, our CTO, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Success Manager. Responsible for implementing improved processes or operational policies. Alongside, he/she will have to recommend changes to the products or services based on customer feedback and with the goal to improve our applications’ UX and UI.
