Select the Course of your choice and navigate to the homepage of the course. Confirm if financial aid is available for the course as shown below:

Below the course instructor's name, there is a hyperlink beside "GoTo Course" that goes by the name Financial Aid available. Click on the hyperlink and a small dialog box will open up.
STEP 3
Further, click on Continue to the application. You'll be navigated to the page below.
Fill in all the information about your educational background, employment status, and your annual earnings (if applicable). This area is crucial; you must explain why you are looking for financial aid in at least 150 words. You must also address your financial situation and specify the elements that best define it to help them understand whether you are financially feasible.
STEP 4
This is another very important question, and in this question, they want to get an idea about your goals, relevancy, and how this course will actually help you in your career. You have to describe your interest level and willingness for the particular course and then link back with your career and life, you also give them an idea about the need for this course along with the importance of the certificate which you will get after the completion of the course, so you have to equally describe the importance of having a certificate.
Accept the terms and conditions. Copy-paste the text “I agree to terms above” in the box provided, you have to click on the ‘captcha’ once you verify the captcha then click on the ‘ Submit Application. You will have to wait for 15 days for the application’s approval. After 15 days, you’ll receive an email from Coursera as to whether your application is approved or not. If your application is denied, they will also explain the reason, so you can fix the error and re-submit your application.
Please note that do not try to start the course once applied for financial aid, as a result, your application may get rejected. My humble request is to wait for 15 days till it gets approved. It will be notified over email to your registered email ID by Coursera.
