In addition to having a specialized, custom Education/Simulation Center for multi-professional training for obstetric and neonatal emergencies as well as ongoing professional development and education, this hospital boasts a unique shared-care model with physicians and a diverse, multilingual team of midwives working together to care for obstetric patients. The pay scale is between 15,000 and 20,000 AED per month, tax free, and the contract is for two years (extendable).
