A senior CSR will serve as a point of contact, give information about tours, and accurately and quickly address any new issues that our clients may have. Converting phone and email leads into bookings is another way that a customer service agent can support acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As well as making sure that the inside sales manager's conversion rate and targets are met, the role will be in charge of making sure that every lead is promptly followed up on. This is a 100% remote position.
