As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own the entire lifecycle for a portfolio of our larger customers; supporting them to get the most out of our platform, advocating for their needs internally, and ultimately guiding us into long term partnerships with happy customers. To excel in this role, you’ll need to build trusting relationships with stakeholders throughout our customers’ teams as well as our own, the tech-saviness to understand how our Product addresses a range of complex customer needs, and above all a dedication to giving frontline organisations the very best customer experience.
