We are seeking to add more customer service representatives to our Asia-Pacific (APAC) team! This position serves as our customers' first point of contact for support; it handles open inquiries, resolves challenging support issues, and points Circle clients in the direction of the best fixes for their problems. We have a few operations positions in addition to a small but mighty support team of fifteen committed representatives worldwide. Here at Circle, you will undoubtedly have the opportunity to excel and leave a lasting impression. Note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires 40 hours per week. Need to be in Asia-Pacific (APAC) and able to work roughly during this region's business hours.
