In order to resolve team member issues and offer advice on team member conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and/or termination in compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, you will consistently and tactically consult with managers and team members. All terminations for all worker types, including the transfer of performance and disciplinary issues from managers and HR Business Partners to voluntary resignations, will fall under your purview and management.
