Our team in People Operations is looking for its first Tech Specialist. All platform security, tech, and IT duties for the People Operations team will fall under the purview of this new hire. As the main point of contact for other departments like the Workforce Management and Security teams, this involves overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of new users onto the platform, managing the SSO integration with our HRIS, and rippling, fielding, and prioritizing tech requests. Proactively solving problems is what our team needs more of. To ensure the seamless operation of our people operations, the tech specialist will also possess the ability to assess and determine the best tools and procedures. To guarantee our success, they will adopt these solutions and put them into practice.
