Leading a group of varied sourcers and working with a variety of stakeholders, including the technology and analytics team, recruitment leaders, operations leaders, HR generalists, and HR specialists, are all part of this function. Leading your team to meet predetermined recruiting goals for technical roles (such as Lead Software Engineers) and effectively carrying out projects to continuously enhance the sourcing function are the two main areas you will be concentrating on.
