Your role as a Lead Product Designer will be to spearhead our design initiatives within the product teams. Leading and directing the design team and creating the general design approach and procedure are your main duties. In order to find fresh opportunities and mentor the designers in such teams, you will collaborate with the product teams. We want you to be hands-on when needed, but you'll lead by example and dedicate the majority of your time to strategy and management.
