Customer service specialist working for an Australian-based healthcare customer. In this position, you will make sure that our clients have a "mate" to support them on their health journey and that they feel supported as they embark on it. This position is entirely remote. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, you will assist with daily customer success and service tasks such live chat, email answers, order processing assistance, and other customer support-related tasks.
