This person will supervise and offer higher-level technical support as a member of the customer support team in situations that are outside the scope of the support team's training. By phone, live chat, and email, a member support specialist will help customers solve issues and improve their overall customer service. The tech specialist will be responsible for teaching the company's member support employees in all things tech-related in addition to working directly with members and supporting them.
