Leading and motivating a group of dedicated care assistants to deliver the best possible care to our seniors so they can enjoy their latter years is your responsibility as a Senior Care Assistant. The tasks assigned to us will be diverse and will involve assisting our residents who require personal care as well as assisting them in engaging in a variety of activities that promote their health and wellness. You will also keep precise and unambiguous records in addition to giving out medication. Each day will present unique challenges and chances to apply your interpersonal and leadership abilities to truly impact the world.
