In this position, you will oversee a group of TA Partners and Associate TA Partners and work with a variety of stakeholders, including the Technology & Analytics team, operations executives, HR generalists, and HR specialists. Leading your team to meet hiring goals for high-volume roles (such Customer Experience Specialists) and effectively completing projects to enhance the Customer Experience Group's recruitment process are the two main areas you will be concentrating on.
