For all of our brands around the world, our Support Agents offer first-line email (ticket) and phone operational and technical assistance. Support staff will respond to common inquiries, carry out routine duties, troubleshoot common problems to identify their root causes, and triage difficult problems to ensure that they are promptly forwarded to the appropriate team. Candidates for this position should love working with clients and be looking to transition into or advance in a technical profession with exposure to a variety of technologies and tools.
