You will create, oversee, guide, and expand the client service department in your capacity as head of client service. You will devise a plan to fortify, safeguard, and maintain our client connections by rethinking and managing the client journey from beginning to end and creating the mechanisms to monitor the condition of our book. World-class account managers who are highly specialized and consultative in their interactions will be identified, managed, and developed by you.
