WRITING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN INTERNSHIP | REMOTE

To be successful, you’ll need to be capable of describing complicated concepts, planning projects, and collaborating with engineers to write preliminary descriptions of features that you then transform into formal documentation

.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ YOU WILL BE

  • Documenting software features

  • Copy-editing and revising Immuta’s documentation site

  • Updating screenshots

  • Designing training materials for employee enablement in our learning management system


WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Rising juniors/ senior in college or graduate school who can work 20-40 hours/ week for a minimum of 10 weeks starting mid/ late May.

  • Students who are strong writers, who are comfortable working independently but value working as a team, and who want to bring value to the company while seeking personal professional growth.

  • Someone who will write in a variety of genres and develop creative solutions and training programs. We want someone who is energized by these opportunities and challenges.

  • Students who are studying Technical Writing, Education, Curriculum/ Instructional Design and/or Computer Science;

  • Experience conveying complex ideas;

  • Experience in various written genres and rhetorical contexts;

  • An excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
